Alex has been in construction for over 30 years. At the age of 23, Starting with the purchase of his second property, an abandoned 1910 victorian in Capital Hill, Washington D.C, which required a complete renovation from the foundation to the roof. While attending college in the evenings, the days and weekends were spent ALONE, renovating the old victorian house. A Year and a half later, the house was completed and much knowledge was gained from the experience of failures and successes. This was the beginning of Alex's journey into the construction/remodeling industry. To Alex, every project is as if its own home....
